Customer satisfaction and retention is key in any successful business, something that Credit Limits International demonstrates more than most. Since the business was founded seven years ago, they have only ever lost one client – and then it was due to all infrastructure being consolidated in France! Managing Director Pierre Haincourt feels that passion is the reason that his business has such an impressive track record of retaining clients.

This passion is something that exudes from Pierre and his team, as Credit Limits International regularly helps local businesses and residents with talks and presentations. The team advises people for free about how to recover debt and recently spoke to students from Canterbury University about how to best manage their finances. They have presented to the Faversham Business Partnership on the topic of “How to get paid on time, and what if you don’t?” They have also worked with a local group of unemployed people on how to present their CV and manage a job interview.
Pierre is also passionate about ensuring that his staff is treated well, stating “a happy team is an effective team”. Credit Limits International hold frequent team building events as regularly as every four-to-six weeks; offer in-house training and gym membership, as well as flexible working options.
Pierre discussed why he felt that his business deserved to be selected as the 2016 Swale Business of the Year: “We have an impressive track record of retaining both staff and clients, and this is because we ensure that both are always treated well. We are a professional caring and successful outfit in Swale and we are the living proof that it is possible to build and run a successful business by working hard and doing things properly.”
