In the past, someone could go and discuss this with their bank manager, but now many banks will not deal with this. We are able to offer people the advice and support they need, and we try to do this so it is as cost effective as possible for the customer. I hope that by entering the awards we can highlight that this service is available for people who are not sure who to turn to for advice in times of financial uncertainty.”
