JM Recruitment lost their Managing Director Mike Bailey last year and have since been finding a way to drive the business forward in his absence. Mike was the major driving force within the business and his loss had a huge knock on moral within the business. He was known both as an employer and as a personal friend to his staff. By associating with another independent Recruitment Agency, Red Eagle Recruitment, in August 2016 the continuation of JM Recruitment and its growth was assured.
JM Recruitment (now part of the Red Eagle Group) provides temporary, contract and permanent workers for employers throughout Kent. They place hundreds of candidates with local employers every week in sectors including Waste and Recycling; Industrial & Manufacturing, Food Processing, and Warehousing and Logistics.
