The Cleaning Fairy prides itself on offering all of its customers an efficient, thorough and trustworthy service.
Tracy May launched the Faversham-based company in 2009 and since then, it has grown to 15 dedicated members of staff cleaning hundreds of houses, holiday lets and businesses across Swale, Medway, Canterbury, Ashford and Whitstable.
The Cleaning Fairy is unique in providing a client-rating system that allows people to mark their cleaner using a 1-5 scoring system to ensure their property is spick-and-span every time, as well as individual cleaning and ironing plans to ensure priority tasks are met.
Since 2014, the business has also been using and selling its own popular range of cleaning products made from all natural ingredients.
Mrs May said of her business: “We always believe our customers come first and we want to make sure that we give them a high level of service every time we clean their home.
“Teaching and support are important aspects of The Cleaning Fairy – most of our staff have been trained by the Domestic Cleaning Alliance, which we are a member of.
“We have also been given the chance to go to a dementia workshop so we are able to better meet some of our clients’ needs better.”
