Tinder Corporation offers IT hardware and software consultancy and sales as well as business telephony solutions, lines and broadband services. Additionally, it provides cloud-based solutions such as web and email hosting and Office 365.
It also supplies IT support services ranging from a basic helpdesk, right up to a fully-managed outsourced IT agreement.
It provides consultancy and design services and has a portfolio that allows small to medium businesses to completely outsource as much or as little of their technology needs, allowing them to focus on their core business.
Its customers typically are firms ranging from five to 500 staff in Kent and the South East and its target markets are business services, financial services, accountancy and small and medium-sized enterprises.
Over the next three years the business aims to continue to grow while also looking to increase profit margins to allow investment in staff.
Tinder has four full-time employees and aims to create three positions, possibly including an apprenticeship scheme, in the next year.
A big part of the business is being ethical and transparent with an aim to offer more employment opportunities.
Its personal development programme uses a combination of vocational and one-on-one training provided by owners and manufacturer and supplier partners.
Director Paul Hayes said: “We genuinely believe we are a good company to do business with.
“We have a set of core values that run throughout our business. Our key aim is to provide enterprise level IT services to small to medium business, without the need for enterprise level investment.
“We believe that good advice and fit-for-purpose products is the route to success. We have remained vendor independent to allow us to select the best-fit solutions, yet we have formed key partnerships with many leading equipment and software manufacturers to allow us best possible buying power.
“We have a wealth of experience in lease based IT investment – allowing growing businesses to utilise the latest, cutting edge technology whilst spreading the costs over a monthly amount keeping the impact on cash flow and tax liabilities to an efficient minimum.
“We only market products and services of a high quality and provide on-going customer service at the very highest level.
“We have worked hard these last two-and-a-half years to grow our business and have achieved some great successes.”
