The next entrant in the Swale Business Awards decided to enter after being nominated for an award by an anonymous member of the public. In the nomination, Horton Property Consultancy is described as “a shining example of a true local business. They provide a top quality service as well as giving back a substantial amount of time and donations to local charities and groups.”
This charitable work includes supporting a plethora of local causes, including sponsoring sports teams, assisting community activities and donating to variety of fundraising initiatives, such as giving a new events gazebo to Kent Wildlife Rescue Service. This incredible amount of work for good causes is made even more impressive by the fact that the business has only been operating for 30 months!
Director Simon Horton has hit the ground running since he established the business at the start of 2017. Offering Architectural, Structural and Building Services to clients throughout Kent, Simon explained how his business was quickly developing a reputation for quality: “We offer a host of services from design through to completion at affordable prices and constantly receive recommendations. We are also used by other companies and builders, purely for architectural and structural services.”
Simon was delighted to be nominated for the 2019 Swale Business Awards, and feels it is a great reflection on his business as a whole. “Not only do we offer a great service but we are very community orientated, so it is wonderful to hear that someone out there feels that what we are doing warrants recognition.”
